Contributions can be in the form of presentations of research papers, workshops, or practical demos. Each oral contribution will last 30 minutes (15 to 20 minutes for presentation and 10 to 15 minutes for questions and discussions).

Contributors who cannot attend the RDE, but wish to have their papers to be published in the proceedings book, can participate in a "virtual presentation" (videoconferencing).

All virtual presentations will be projected during the RDE.

Information concerning video presentations :

• Video presentations should not exceed 10 minutes.
• Presentations should be in the following formats (.avi,.mp4).
• Slide shows using Microsoft Power Point are also accepted.
• Video presentations should be in English or French.
• If your video is under the 20 MB, you can send it via e-mail: jre@espe.pf
• If your video is bigger than 20 MB, you should upload it on YouTube and send your video link to jre@espe.pf
• During the conference, we will present your video presentations in our conference rooms.
• Video presentations will follow a short discussion and the questions will be sent to the contributors.

Posters must be submitted electronically and should include a detailed summary describing the main points and conclusions (see important dates). Posters will be displayed throughout the RDE.
